For the price of living in a residence hall at NDSCS, the following features are included:

- 24 hour, 7 day a week on-call staff
All first-year students, including students who have transferred in, who have completed fewer than 24 credits are REQUIRED to live on campus. Click here to review the NDSCS On-Campus Living Policy.
PLEASE NOTE the residence hall license agreement is in effect for the full academic year. Students that move into a residence hall are expected to remain on campus for the duration of the contract period. This includes students who are from the local area.
