Keep your student records current by reviewing your personal information on CampusConnection. Some personal information can be updated in CampusConnection whereas others require the submission of the appropriate form and documentation.

Keep your records up-to-date to ensure you receive accurate information from NDSCS. Your name will be used on legal documents including your academic transcript and 1098T tuition statement.

Social Security Number/Taxpayer ID Number
NDSCS requires your Social Security Number in order to receive your 1098T tuition statement (required by the IRS), as well as any financial aid award.
Educational Information
Academic Program Change
Any student who wishes to change their current academic program is required to fill out the Change of Program form.
Family Educational Rights and Privacy ACT (FERPA)
FERPA is a federal law that governs the rights of students and institutional responsibilities with respect to student records. Under FERPA, some information in a student’s record is considered public (directory information) and may be released without the student’s written permission.
Suppress Directory Information
Under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, students have the right to request directory information not be made public by notifying NDSCS. Students wishing to restrict directory information must complete the form below.
