Grants do not have to be repaid if you complete the enrollment you were paid to attend.
Pell Grant
A Federal Pell Grant is monetary gift that generally does not have to be repaid, unless you withdraw early, change your enrollment status, or encounter other specific situations. Eligibility is determined by the information gathered on the FAFSA.
Grant amounts are dependent on:
- Your financial need
- Your cost of attendance
- The number of credits you are enrolled in
- Your plans to attend school for a full academic year or less
Students may not receive Federal Pell Grant funds from more than one school at a time.
