The Admission Office is responsible for assisting in the coordination and supervision of admission activities for all NDSCS students working closely with the recruitment staff to ensure seamless and timely information flow to and from students for admission decisions

Registrar
The Registrar’s Office is responsible for coordinating on campus and distance education registration, student records, grades, transcripts and graduation for both on-campus and distance education students. The Registrar’s Office will work closely with Enrollment Services staff and other NDSCS departments to implement strategies for enrollment growth, student learning and development and avenues to create revenue generating opportunities.

The Financial Aid Office is responsible for establishing and adhering to appropriate dispersals, record keeping, reporting, and verification procedures as well as the data entry function necessary to support the program.

Lead Research Analyst & Assessment Coordinator
IThe Office of Institutional Effectiveness facilitates and monitors a comprehensive, continuous, and integrated system of planning, assessment, and evaluation, and oversees the management and operation of research, assessment and internal and external data reporting. It provides a centralized body of evidence that the institution is achieving its goals, supports a culture of evidence that provides data and analysis for data-driven decision making, and oversees accountability and accreditation processes.

The Student Success Center is available for Academic Help & Questions, Tutoring, Class schedule changes, Academic Program changes, Veterans (VA Benefit Assistance), Student Concerns and Complaints, Career Planning & job search assistance, Test Center, Accessibility Services, and Student Advocate.

Keith Johnson
Interim Executive Director of Auxiliary Enterprises
Auxiliary Services provides support services for the Wahpeton campus and surrounding communities and the NDSCS-Fargo location. Services include residential dining, retail dining, catering, and Bookstore and Mail Center operations located in the Hektner Student Center in Wahpeton. Bookstore operations are available in the Fargo location during opening week events each semester.
