Steps to Transfer Benefits
- Review transferability information at: https://www.vets.gov/education/gi-bill/transfer/
- Once approved, dependent applies to receive benefits through the VA
- Fill out VA form 22-1990e online.
- Bring Certificate of Eligibility to the VA Certifying Official in Haverty Hall 101.
