The NDSCS Performing Arts Department will present their final concert of the academic year on May 3 at 7:30 p.m. The concert will be held in the Harry Stern and Ella Stern Cultural Center at the North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton. The Wildcat Singers, under the direction of Bryan Poyzer, will feature a variety of music from this year’s tour, including songs by Adele, Dua Lipa and Little Big Town. The Jazz Band, under the direction of Dr. Adam Hollingsworth, will perform a variety of pieces including the popular James Bond theme.

The NDSCS Performing Arts Department will present their Spring Concert on April 12 at 7:30 p.m. They have arranged a special vocal ensemble with special musical guests the Valley Troubadours. The concert will be held in the Harry Stern and Ella Stern Cultural Center at the North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton. 

The Valley Troubadours and NDSCS Voice Ensemble,  under the direction of Bryan Poyzer, will feature music by Paul Simon. The Concert Band, under the direction of Dr. Adam Hollingsworth, will perform a variety of pieces from the motion picture, "The Incredibles".

The NDSCS Performing Arts Department will present its first concert of the season on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. in the Bremer Bank Theatre in the Harry Stern and Ella Stern Cultural Center on the NDSCS campus in Wahpeton.

The concert will include performances by the NDSCS Jazz Band under the direction of Dr. Adam Hollingsworth, and the NDSCS Wildcat Singers under the direction of Bryan Poyzer. The groups are kicking off their touring season. “We are excited to perform our fall concert in-person and let our students showcase their talent to the community,” says Bryan Poyzer, NDSCS Performing Arts Coordinator.

The North Dakota State College of Science Band and Choir Festival will be held on Monday, February 29, 2016 at the Bremer Bank Theatre in the Harry Stern and Ella Stern Cultural Center on the Wahpeton campus at 7:30 p.m.

The festival will feature band and choir ensembles from NDSCS, Wahpeton High School and Breckenridge High School.

Under the direction of guest conductor Dr. Kyle Mack, the combined bands will perform a total of four pieces. Mack has been a member of the North Dakota State University faculty since 1993 and currently teaches applied trombone/euphonium, conducting and music education classes in addition to directing the Jazz Studies program.

The combined choirs are also set to perform four pieces under the direction of guest conductor Matthew Endreson. Endreson currently serves as the Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton High School Choral Director and is in his fourteenth year in music education.

The festival is free and open to the public. Free-will donations will be accepted following the performance in the Harry Stern and Ella Stern Cultural Center lobby.

The North Dakota State College of Science Concert Choir, Concert Band, Wildcat Singers and Wildcat Jazz Band will hold their annual fall concert on Monday, October 17, 2016 at the Bremer Bank Theatre in the Harry Stern and Ella Stern Cultural Center at 7:30 p.m.

The concert will be the first for incoming instrumental director Adam Hollingsworth. Dr. Hollingsworth comes to NDSCS from his recent adjunct position teaching brass and assisting the Gold Star Marching Band at North Dakota State University.

The Concert Band will perform four selections under the direction of Hollingsworth. The Concert Choir is set to perform four numbers under the direction of Choral Director Bryan Poyzer.

The Fall Concert will feature a piano solo performed by Wayne Doe of Coon Rapids, Minn. The Wildcat Jazz Band and Wildcat Singers will conclude the concert by performing a variety of popular pieces.

The concert is free and open to the public.

The North Dakota State College of Science Performing Arts Department will present its fall play, Twelve Angry Men, nightly at 7:00 p.m. November 8-10, 2016 in the Bremer Bank Theatre in the Harry Stern and Ella Stern Cultural Center on the NDSCS campus in Wahpeton. Admission to the play is free.

Twelve Angry Men, based on the Emmy award winning television movie by Reginald Rose, is adapted by Sherman L. Sergel and produced by special arrangement with the Dramatic Publishing Company of Woodstock, Illinois.

The North Dakota State College of Science Concert Band and Concert Choir will hold their annual Holiday Concert at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 8, 2016 at the Bremer Bank Theatre in the Harry Stern and Ella Stern Cultural Center on the NDSCS campus in Wahpeton.

The Concert Band will perform five selections under the direction of Dr. Adam Hollingsworth, and the Concert Choir will perform five numbers under the direction of Bryan Poyzer. The concert will also include two vocal ensemble performances.

The concert is free and open to the public. Free-will donations will be accepted at a reception following the performance in the lobby.
