NDSCS offers many payment options for students taking courses. Students can pay online through CampusConnection, in person at the NDSCS Business Affairs office or by phone.
First, how do I find out what I owe?
Students have 24/7 access to their account through CampusConnection. Here, students can pay their bill online and keep track of their account status. NDSCS will notify students via their student email account when statements are available for viewing on CampusConnection.
Semester Payment Due Dates

Fall 2018 - September 5, 2018 (extended hours in Wahpeton 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.)
Spring 2019 - January 23, 2019 (extended hours in Wahpeton 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.)
Summer 2019 - June 12, 2019
Pay Online - Credit card, debit card and electronic check accepted online through CampusConnection 24 hours a day.
Pay in Person - Cash, check, credit card and debit card accepted.
Wahpeton: Haverty Hall room 139, 8:00 a.m. - 4:15 p.m.
Fargo: Room 183, 8:00 a.m. - 4:15 p.m.
Pay by Phone - Credit card or debit card accepted; contact Business Affairs at 800-342-4325 ext. 32216 or 701-671-2216.
Pay by Mail - Personal check or cashier’s check can be mailed to NDSCS Business Affairs Office, 800 6th St N, Wahpeton, ND 58076.
No additional fees for credit card or debit card payments.
A $35 fee will be charged to all dishonored checks.
Payment Plan - $50 non-refundable set-up fee; must be paid in 4 payments or less; needs to be paid in full by end of the semester and before students can enroll for future semesters; no late fees will accrue as long as payments are made on time. Must contact Business Affairs Office to set up payment plan, 800-342-4325 ext. 32216 or 701-671-2216.
Financial Aid - for students whose financial aid file is complete at NDSCS and they've accepted their aid through CampusConnection, funds will begin to be disbursed to their NDSCS account one day prior to the semester due date. If the student is accepting loans for the 1st time, they must complete their Entrance Loan Counseling and sign their Master Promissory Note at www.StudentLoans.gov.
If available, excess financial aid refund checks will begin to be available on the Semester Payment Due Date. There are many ways to receive your refund.
Direct Deposit – Quick, safe, and convenient. Enroll in direct deposit to have your refund electronically deposited into your bank account. The link below has instructions on how to enroll in direct deposit. To ensure your refund will be electronically sent to your bank account, enroll in direct deposit at least 2 days prior to the Semester Payment Due Date.
Mail/Deliver to NDSCS Fargo – If you are unable to pick up your refund check at NDSCS Wahpeton, by using the link below, you can request your refund check to be mailed to your home address or to NDSCS Fargo. If requested, your refund check may be available for pick up at NDSCS Fargo the day following the Semester Payment Due Date.

Pick-up - Students may begin to pick up their refund check on the Semester Payment Due Date.
It's important to stay current with your account. A 1.75% monthly late fee will be assessed on balances 30 days and older.
Financial Obligation Agreement (FOA)
Students will need to complete a Financial Obligation Agreement (FOA) through CampusConnection. By completing the FOA, the student acknowledges that they are aware of the financial responsibilities associated with enrolling for classes at the institution(s) they will be registering at.
