Laundry Fee
Beginning fall of 2013 all residential buildings will no longer have coin operated laundry facilities. Residents will enjoy unlimited laundry access. Residence halls and apartment buildings will be outfitted with front load high efficiency washers and dryers. In order to provide this service each resident will be assessed a $35.00 laundry fee per semester.

*Single rooms are available to returning students as a part of the Stay & Save program. Students who contract rooms as part of the Stay & Save program will pay the current rate for 2013-2014. There currently is not enough availability to offer freshmen student’s single rooms.
**Private rooms are available on a limited basis in Nordgaard, Forkner, and Riley Halls. These rooms have their own bathroom facilities.
