| Automobiles/Parking |
| Students may keep automobiles on campus, as long as they observe rules relating to parking, speed limits and other traffic regulations. Vehicles must be registered at the time a student registers for college. A $55 annual parking fee must be paid at time of vehicle registration. NDSCS will issue a parking permit at time of vehicle registration. All problems relating to registration of automobiles, parking and the like should be referred to the Campus Police Director. |
| Mail Center |
| All full-time students are required to have a campus post office box. This box may be used to receive personal mail, packages and college notices. |
| A post office box number is assigned when a student enrolls. Each mail box is equipped with a key lock. There is a key deposit of $2 of which 50 cents is returned when the key is turned back in and forwarding information is left. |
| Mail Center staff is not authorized to hand out mail from the boxes. If keys are forgotten or lost, a new key must be purchased. |
| Incoming mail arrives at approximately 8:30 a.m. and is placed in boxes as soon as possible. Outgoing mail with the proper postage can be deposited in the mail drop located by the mail center window. U.S. postage stamps, UPS, Federal Express and non U.S. Postal services are available at the Mail Center window. Window hours for fall and spring semester are Monday through Thursday 7:45 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday 7:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Summer hours are Monday through Thursday 7:45 a.m. – 4:45 p.m. and Friday 7:45 a.m. to 3 p.m. |
| The Wahpeton post office delivers to the College Complex apartments and handles any registered mail and money orders. |
