| The college provides single beds, study desks and wardrobes in all residence hall rooms, and students are encouraged arrange their room furniture in ways that meet their needs and adhere to any safety concerns. It’s the student's responsibility to personalize their rooms, adding those extra individual touches to make the spaces feel like home. |
| The six residence halls can be divided into two groups - the North group, and the South group. All residence halls are smoke free. |

| North Group |
|
| The North group includes Nordgaard Hall, a co-educational residence hall divided into suites, and Robertson Hall, a men’s residence hall. Both buildings are located along Fourth Street North in the northeast corner of campus. Nordgaard is a 10-story facility. Living spaces are organized as four-room suites around common living areas. Rooms are 11’8” x 12’3”. Robertson is a six-story facility. A recreation room with a sauna is located in the basement. Room size is 11’6” x 13’. |

| The South group |
|
| The South group includes four residence halls - Babcock, Forkner, Schulz and Walton halls. Babcock hall is located between Fourth and Fifth Streets North , just across the street from the Student Center. |
| Forkner, Schulz and Walton Halls are located west of the oval on the corner of Eighth Avenue North and Seventh Street North in the southwest corner of campus. Forkner and the Forkner addition has a common lounge for student relaxation and study. Room size in Forkner 11’9” x 15’, and room size in the Forkner addition is 12’ x 15’. Schulz (men only) and Walton (women only) share two large lounges and a recreation/exercise room complete with sauna. Room size in Schulz and Walton is 12’ x 15’. |

| The housing contract is binding for the entire academic college year and may be canceled only upon withdrawal from college. All residence halls are smoke free. |
