| The continuing student enrollment form is to update the records of students completing and returning to enroll in another program or earn a higher degree in their program with out any breaks in enrollment. | |

| The Re-Application form is to be completed by students who have stopped out (not currently enrolled) and are returning to complete an additional course(s) and have not earned a degree from NDSCS. | |
