Online course tuition and fees are $181 per credit. These costs do not include books, software or supplies and do not include additional program fees. Some classes also have additional course fees which can be found in the online brochures each semester.
Note: Some programs have internships which are not taught online and will be charged based upon the student's state of residency.

If you receive Financial Aid and you are a totally online student/distant student who can't come to campus to pick up your aid check, contact the Business Affairs Office to authorize mailing your check and provide a current mailing address. Call them at 1-800-342-4325, ext 3-2289 or email NDSCS.BusinessAffairsOffice@ndscs.edu. This must be done each semester.
Students need a minimum of six credits to qualify for financial assistance.
*Under Federal Title IV regulations, a specific number of credits must be taken to meet eligibility requirements for federal financial aid. The accelerated option of course work may not include the required number of credits to meet the criteria. Wildcat Payment and Refund Days
Financial aid is disbursed during during Wildcat Payment and Refund days each semester, approximately 11-12 days from the start of the semester. The Business Affairs website lists the dates, times and location. Students unable to come to campus to pick up their financial aid awards should contact Business Affairs and provide a mailing address for their refunds to be mailed out. Students may also opt to authorize automatic depostit into their personal bank account. The Direct Deposit form is on their website.
Note: Student admission records which are incomplete will result in a "Hold" being placed on the student's account. This will prevent registration and financial aid disbursement. For more information about documents required for admission, visit the Admissions website. Students can see which documents are missing by logging into CampusConnection and checking their "To Do" list. Once your file is complete, you may contact agnes.fettig@ndscs.edu for file verification and registration information.
Refund Schedule
Students who drop classes or withdraw from school will be refunded for classes based upon the NDSCS Refund Schedule. Students dropping part of their class load will not be refunded for the dropped class after the 100% date posted in the Refund Schedule. Students withdrawing from all class must contact the Division Dean''s Office and request the withdrawal. Refunds will be based upon the date of the withdrawal slip.
