NDSCS hires Tobola, Parnell and Hiedeman Posted on 6/27/2012
North Dakota State College of Science has hired Dr. Cloy Tobola as Chief Information Officer; Dr. Philip Parnell as Associate Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs and Ann Hiedeman as Executive Director, Human Resources.
Tobola, originally from Jackson, Minn., graduated from North Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism, a master’s degree in mass communication and a doctoral degree in communication. He previously worked as the Communications Coordinator for the IT Division at NDSU.
Parnell, of Wahpeton, N.D., graduated from Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Ark. with a bachelor’s degree in both education and English. He also earned a master’s degree in higher education and a doctoral degree in higher education, both from the University of North Dakota. Parnell previously worked for UND as the Director of Online Enrollment Management.
Hiedeman, originally from Bloomington, Minn., graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minn. with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and is pursuing a master’s degree in educational leadership from Minnesota State University Moorhead. She previously worked for the Moorhead Public Schools as the Director of Human Resources.
