| Video conferencing is a communication tool using audio and video technologies to bring together people who are geographically separated. North Dakota State College of Science has the following video conferencing services available. |

| IVN |
| IVN uses the H.323/IP videoconferencing standard with the ability to bridge with H.320, ISDN, and other videoconferencing technologies. Testing prior to the event is required and there is a charge for this service. For more information about the statewide IVN network go to their Web site. | Greater Southeast ITV Consortium |
| The Greater Southeast Interactive TV Consortium is the collective efforts of 13 educational providers in south-eastern North Dakota. Linked by a fiber optic backbone, the facilities include a full service two-way analog classroom at each site, set up to three remote sites at a time. One way delivery is possible to all 13 sites simultaneously. |
