| All new employees are required to complete the following forms prior to starting employment: | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| The I-9 Form and NDSCS require identification. A list of acceptable forms of identification are listed on the back of the I-9 Form, NDSCS requires an employee to present an original social security card for payroll purposes. The social security card is also an acceptable form of identification for the I-9. The second document is generally the driver's license.
