NDSCS is committed to staying current with technology in the instructional classroom and laboratories as well as in offices and work sites across campus. It is this idea or principle that inspires our people to go beyond their present limits.
As a result, employees buy into change and the continuous improvement movement in order to stay current in their field and to assist NDSCS to move forward. In addition, employees are encouraged to be life-long learners and to support all opportunities for learning. The NDSCS performance appraisal process supports these philosophies by incorporating an employee growth plan into the process.
