The North Dakota State College of Science has entered into a partnership with the United States Army to offer the Pharmacy Technician Program (Associate Degree).


What does NDSCS offer me, a military Pharmacy Technician?

NDSCS is designed as a SOCAD (Service Member Opportunity College). As a member, NDSCS is able to offer you an Associate of Applied Science degree in Pharmacy Technology.

I don't plan on moving to North Dakota, so how can I achieve this?

NDSCS recognizes the learning that has taken place during your Army MOS and Army school training. NDSCS is willing to give you academic credit for the skills and experience that you have already obtained as part of your military experience. We are able to offer you all the additional courses required for an Associate Degree in a distance education format online.


What does this program cost?

$165.00* per credit along with a program fee of $12.50* per credit.
A one time college admission fee of $35.00* will be charged during the application process.

Human Structure and Function
CIS 101
Computer Literacy
PSYC 111
Introduction to Psychology


6 Credits in English Composition and/or Speech (ENGL 110 plus ENGL 120 or COMM 110)
18 additional General Education Electives chosen with assistance of your NDSCS Advisor. Suggested courses for these electives may include; Math Courses, Pathology, Business Courses and History or Literature Courses. Sixteen (16) credits must be taken through the North Dakota State College of Science.


Admission Requirements:

Applicants are required to complete an application to the college. All applicants must be high school graduates or have a GED certificate and be at least 18 years of age. A minimum composite score of 15 is required on the ACT Exam.
