| Candidate to be a resident of Cavalier County, ND first preference, Towner County, ND second preference, Richland County third preference, and Wilkin County, MN fourth preference Full time student in first, second or third year Minimum 2.6 GPA when entering college and shall maintain a minimum of 2.0 GPA Shall be enrolled at NDSCS and participating in the Music Department Performing Groups (Wildcat Singers/Stage Band, Concert Band/Concert Choir, etc.) Award amount is $250 per semester Recipient shall communicate semi-annually with the donor relative to his/her goals, activities during college, and plans for his/her future. |
