| We appreciate our customers and our desire is to serve them to the best of our ability. We have the unique opportunity to invite our customers into our "classroom" restaurant and for our students to learn as they are preparing and serving food to you in an actual restaurant environment. |
| The River Valley Inn, a restaurant operated by students in the NDSCS Culinary Arts program, features a variety of menus during spring semester. The River Valley Inn is open 5-7 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Student Center Red River Valley Room. |
| Please call for a reservation beginning Tuesday afternoon the week prior restaurant date. Room is limited and reservations are needed for anyone planning to attend. |
| PLEASE DO NOT CALL FOR EARLY RESERVATIONS. In an effort to be fair to all involved we will open reservations up to the campus and public at the same time and day each week. Large groups (more than 8) will be accommodated when possible, but may not be seated in the same section. |
| Once a table has been reserved, our students then determine how to plan for guests both in the kitchen and in the dining room. |
