Access Options
If you want to acces your my.ndscs.edu Outlook Live Inbox directly, you can connect to www.outlook.com and login with your my.ndscs.edu login and password. If you prefer to use a desktop e-mail program or mobile device to access your e-mail, Microsoft has published a list of supported e-mail programs with links to configuration instructions.- Web browser Use Outlook Web App and the light version of Outlook Web App with browsers like Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari.
- Internet e-mail programs Use any program that supports IMAP4 or POP3, like Mozilla Thunderbird, Outlook Express, or Windows Live Mail.
- Outlook/Entourage Use Outlook or Entourage through an Exchange account (Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007, Outlook 2010, or Entourage).
- Mobile phones with an Internet connection You can connect using your Windows Mobile phone, Apple iPhone, or other Internet-capable mobile phone.
- Any phone Use Outlook Voice Access with any phone to access your e-mail, calendar, and contacts.

Add your @ndscs.edu e-mail and other e-mail addresses you might use such as hotmail, yahoo, or gmail addresses to your my.ndscs.edu email address. This is a feature that will help you organize and manage e-mail messages from several addresses. For more instructions on how to do this click here.
Transferring E-mail Messages
In NDSCS Live, you can "push" in your existing @ndscs.edu e-mail to your NDSCS Live e-mail account. To do this, login into http://enroll.nodak.edu, choose Email Delivery, and then Select a Different Maildrop. Enter your NDSCS Live address (@my.ndscs.edu) to have all of your e-mails forwarded to your Live account.
If you need to transfer existing e-mail messages from your other e-mail accounts to your NDSCS Live account, follow these instructions. The instructions are intended to be used as a self-service tool; the NDSCS Help Desk does not provide assistance with transferring e-mail messages.
