Concerns occur in everyone's life and can sometimes generate stress and questions within an individual. These issues can make it more difficult for a person to successfully function in a healthy manner. The North Dakota State College of Science Counseling Center offers individual, couple, and as needed, group counseling addressing a variety of areas, including, but not limited to the following:

The Personal Counselor:  
The Personal Counselor is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in North Dakota, a Licensed Psychologist in Minnesota and holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology. Referral sources are available on campus from Three Rivers Crisis Center, from Southeast Human Services: Rehabilitation Counselor, Family Therapist, Individual Therapist, Chemical Dependency Counselor and a Counselor for the Severely Mental Ill children in the area.
   
Appointments are suggested and flexible scheduling is employed, however, walk ins are accepted if counselor is available, (701) 671-2286 ext. 3-2286.
