| COD Shipments | Supplies |
| Central Receiving must be notified in advance of any COD packages coming in. Since we can no longer pay with cash, a Request for Payment must be processed with the Accounts Payable department and the check sent over to Central Receiving prior to the arrival of the merchandise. | Some departments have an open job number to pick up supplies from Central Stores, such as: batteries, paper towels, surge protectors, etc. If you would like to create an open job number to charge supplies to, contact Tami Matejcek. |
