Central Stores is located in the Patterson Maintenance Center.
We are responsible for purchasing, receiving and distribution of a variety of general, electrical, plumbing and janitorial supply items and their payment.
We receive all campus freight and packages, except Bookstore and Food Service, and deliver them across campus. We ship out all institutional packages and freight.
Open Receiving Reports are kept on file and periodically checked for status. Invoices are matched with merchandise received and forwarded to the Accounts Payable Department.
