Chahinkapa Zoo for Zoo Boo
The North Dakota State College of Science Wildcat Softball team does a variety of volunteer projects in the community during the off-season.
Most recently, the softball team helped to decorate the Chahinkapa Zoo in Wahpeton, ND for the Annual Zoo Boo -- a special Halloween night at the zoo.
They also do volunteer work for the Humane Society of RIchland/Wilkin counties. Members of the team help walk dogs, play with the animals and clean living spaces.
