Submit the following information to the Enrollment Services:

1. Application for Admission with $35 non-refundable fee.

2. High school transcript or GED and official college transcripts.

3. The North Dakota University System requires applicants submit:
a) A medical report including proof of immunization for measles, rubella and mumps.
b) An ACT or SAT score for applicants under age 25. (Exemptions from this requirement include students who are: age 25 or older on the first day of class: from foreign countries; transferring 24 or more semester credits acceptable at the receiving campus.)
