Planning to attend NDSCS? Here are the links that you need to complete your Admission process. The following forms are available. Admissions Application, Housing Application, the Reapplication, Scholarship Application, and MN Reciprocity Form.
 
An applicant for admission must submit the following information to the Enrollment Services:
1. Application for Admission with $35 non-refundable application fee.
2. A high school transcript or GED and official college transcripts.
3. The North Dakota University System requires applicants submit:
a) A medical report including proof of immunization for measles, rubella and mumps.
b) An ACT or SAT score for applicants under age 25. Exemptions from this requirement include students who are: age 25 or older on the first day of class; from foreign countries; transferring 24 or more semester credits acceptable at the receiving campus.
Applications for most courses that begin in August are accepted throughout the year, but an early application is recommended.
   
Reapplication process  
This form is to be completed by students who have stopped out (not currently enrolled) and are returning to complete an additional course(s) and have NOT earned a degree from this institution.
   
Change of program form (pdf)  
If a student changes an academic option (major), the student must contact the appropriate Division Dean's Office to complete the Change of Program form. Once this is processed the student will be assigned a new advisor in the appropriate department. Academic options (majors) information may affect financial aid, program fees, and graduation requirements so it is very important to have accurate records.

The completed form can be mailed to the Dean's Office at NDSCS, 800 Sixth Street North, Wahpeton, ND 58076-0002 or faxed to 1-701-671-2587.
   
Housing Application (pdf)  
1. A $25.00 non-refundable housing application fee is required with this form (a $100 deposit is request for campus apartments). Please make check or money order payable to NDSCS.
2. The Residence Life Program is an important component of the living and learning environment at NDSCS. Living on campus gives the student an opportunity to cultivate lifelong friendships with a large number of fellow students from backgrounds rich in cultural diversity. The Residence Life program offers a wide variety of hall sponsored activities ranging from intramural athletic teams and monthly birthday parties to hall governments and seminars on issues of current student interest. Perhaps of greatest importance to you is a residence hall staff ready and willing to help make your transition to college life an easy and positive one. We're looking forward to having you here.
3. What to bring with you to live in the dorms.  
* School Supplies: Paper clips, rubber bands, Scotch tape, 3-Hole punch, Stapler, Binders, Notebooks, Folders, Pencils, Pens, Scissors, Ruler, Calendar, Calculator
* Clothes: Mittens/gloves, Boots, Warm winter coat, Clothes hangers
* Laundry: Laundry Soap/Dryer Sheets, Quarters, Laundry Basket
* Cleaning Supplies: Trash bags, Air freshener, Rags/cleaner  
* Cooking: Plates (paper), Silverware (plastic), Cups (disposable), Can opener, Dish cloth, Dish soap, Other cooking items but no toasters, grills, blenders, coffee pots
* Personal Items: Bathroom towels/wash cloths, Hand sanitizer, Shampoo/Conditioner, Shower caddie, Shower shoes, Medicines, aspirin, band aides
*Appliances: Plants, Snacks – microwave popcorn, individually packaged items, Cell phone charger, Headphones, Sports equipment, Games, Bicycle – lock and chain, Alarm clock with backup batteries, Sewing kit
* Bedding: Twin sheets, Comforter, Blankets, Pillows, Pillow cases
* Other: Computer, Microwave 800 watts or less, Fridge 4 cubic feet or smaller, TV/VHS/DVD player, CD player, Surge Protectors, Hair dryer/curling iron, Electric razors, Fan, Cordless phone (phones are provided, may want a cordless)
   
Scholarship Application  
This form is to apply for all scholarships offered at North Dakota State College of Science.
   
Apply for MN Reciprocity  
Affordable education in other states, because you live in Minnesota. This online reciprocity application is designed for Minnesota residents attending certain public colleges in Wisconsin, North Dakota, and South Dakota. The online reciprocity application is the easiest way to apply for reciprocity benefits. However, if you prefer not to apply online, paper applications are also available.
