Responsibilities
The Business Affairs Office collects various payments including tuition and fees, room and board, bookstore charges, and miscellaneous fines. This department also administers accounts payable activity and distributes financial aid.

Important Information Regarding your Bill
Email is our primary method of contacting students. All students are required to activate their NDSCS email for this purpose. Students will be notified by campus email when their bill is available for viewing - No paper bills will be sent. Students may print their bill once they navigate to the link provided in the email.
Since students are able to make changes to their class schedule, meal plan or dorm room up to (and past) the Wildcat Payment and Refund Days, NDSCS does not generate a bill prior to these dates.
Please reference the links below to find the amount due in order to pay bills accurately and on time. Any account with a balance remaining as of the 12th day of the semester will receive a late fee equal to 1.75% of the outstanding balance. A 1.75% monthly late fee will be assessed on balances 30 days and older.
Students can view account balances, bills and also make payments online via credit card or by debiting a checking account through CampusConnection. The document below gives instructions on the multiple functions used within CampusConnection.
